• Experience across web and mobile design, including UI and UX
• Proficient in design tools like Figma and prototyping tools like Principle and Framer
• Familiarity with design systems and componentization
• Background in startups or innovative projects
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices in design
• Dedication to high-quality, creative work
• Ability to solve user problems passionately
• Comfortable in dynamic environments with many stakeholders
• Eager to learn, teach, and mentor
• Prototyping skills in Android/iOS and web technologies (React/JS) are a plus

Responsibilities
