Schedule is: 11:30a - 8p, Monday - Friday with rotating weekend on-call schedule.Responsibilities:As a Staff Pharmacist, you will verify medication orders, monitor drug therapies, compound and dispense medications, and act as a patient advocate. You'll supervise pharmacy technicians, participate in medical emergency response, and ensure prompt work-site attendance.
Required SkillsRequired qualifications- Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
- BS or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
- Minimum of TWO years of hospital experience is required (waived with PGY1 & PGY2 pharmacy residency)
- Completion of a PGY1 pharmacy residency preferred
- Willingness to work weekend on-call shifts as needed
