Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role
- Perform signal integrity and power integrity simulation for high-speed PCB and package to enhance the EMC performance of devices
- Conduct EMC measurement and analysis for the automotive Ethernet product to correlate the simulation results and understanding
- Develop and maintain channel and device models (S-parameters, IBIS-AMI) for high-speed interfaces
- Correlate simulations with measurements using VNA, TDR, spectrum analyzer, and lab EMC measurement
- Review and drive SI/PI sign-off for internal high-speed PCB design
- Define stack-up, material selection, and design guidelines for PCB and package
- Collaborate with IC design teams to define the EMC specification of the new product
Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed
- 1+ years of work experience in high-speed SI/PI and EMC-related fields
- Major in high-speed SI/PI and EMC-related field
- Experience with simulation software Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS
- Familiar with lab equipment, VNA, TDR, and high-speed oscilloscope
- Experience in high-speed digital system design, including PCB and package
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory, transmission line, and antenna theory
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Hands-on proficiency with Python and Matlab for automation and data analysis
In the United States, it is required to disclose a salary range to applicants. The Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate in the United States is:
Minimum of $117,920.00 Salary per year/ Maximum of $162,140.00 Salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
