Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Perform MOSFET product-to-system validation, planning, hardware design, execution, interpretation and technology fit assessment.
  • Act as Technical Customer Interface on product level.
  • Support MOSFET Go to Market activities to drive design-wins including customer on-site visits.
  • Create technical product collateral, such as application notes, whitepapers, and training materials.
  • Translate customer and validation insights into requirements and guidance for development projects and support their execution.
  • Provide technical product training to internal and external partners.


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • A Master's or PhD Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • Gathered first professional experience within power electronics or semiconductor industry.
  • Experienced with high-frequency, high-current DC/DC & AC/DC converter designs for SMPS / Telecom / Datacenter applications including lab skills for testing and debugging.
  • A background in circuit design, layout and proficiency using simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB, etc.) would be preferred.
  • Hands-on experience and ability to work with hardware and lab equipment like: Power Supplies, Multimeters, Oscilloscopes and Thermal cameras.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written.


The Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate in the United States is:

El Segundo, CA Minimum of $116,200 salary per year / Maximum of $159,800 salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
