The OpportunityWe are looking for a Staff Engineer with a minimum of five years of experience. The ideal candidate for this opportunity is organized, has solid communication skills, can work independently, is team oriented, and personable. This position requires a dependable, versatile individual who has experience in civil engineering design. Candidates are required to have a California PE License or qualified for licensure and actively in the process of obtaining a PE license.
Responsibilities:- Works under general direction on complex projects to prepare designs, reports, and calculations in accordance with project requirements and engineering standards
- Works to ensure projects are on schedule, within budget and meet the requirements of our clients
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum five years of demonstrated design and plan preparation experience
- California PE License or EIT registered and actively pursuing a California PE License
- Current experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills including an ability to interact professionally and knowledgeably with clients
- Self-motivated and goal oriented, with strong attention to detail
- Solid experience with the MS Office Suite

$105,000 to
