You'll work closely with experienced engineers and collaborate across disciplines including Water Resources, Structural, Municipal Services, and Construction. What You Will Be Doing- Support the planning, design, and delivery of roadway, highway, and intersection improvement projects
- Assist in preparing roadway plans, specifications, and technical reports
- Support storm sewer, culvert, and drainage infrastructure design for transportation projects
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to evaluate drainage systems and develop infrastructure solutions
- Assist with environmental permitting and regulatory compliance activities
- Conduct field investigations and support construction-phase activities
- Communicate with project teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines to deliver successful projects

What You Bring- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or the ability to obtain within six months
- 4 years of civil engineering experience with roadway or drainage experience preferred
- Experience with Civil 3D, ArcGIS, OpenRoads Designer, or related engineering software is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities
