The Marvell® Structera™ CXL product line brings the power of Compute Express Link (CXL®) to the memory bandwidth and capacity challenges faced by today's data center operators. The Structera A family of near-memory accelerators enables optimal compute and memory scaling. The Structera X family of memory-expansion controllers maximizes performance and addresses sustainability.

What You Can Expect

  • Firmware engineers involved in the development of CXL and PCIe End Point devices of Marvell.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep technical background.
  • Contribute to the development of project goals and schedules.
  • Demonstrate leadership and execute projects across a highly distributed engineering team.
  • Work with various cross-functional groups such as Architect, other development teams, QA/Validation, System Test, Product Management, Product Documentation, Customer teams
  • Collaborate with teams across various sites.
  • Responsible to mentor and train the team
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Master’s degree in computer science/Computer Engineering
  • 6 + years of experience developing firmware for embedded systems
  • Well versed with Zephyr development environment
  • C/C++ firmware design
  • Very good ARM M7 debugging skills
  • Knowledge of encryption standards
  • Good understanding of PCIe concepts

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

111,070 - 166,400, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This role is eligible to participate in Marvell's bonus and equity plans, including a new hire equity grant and annual equity refreshers, ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions and remain invested in the company's long-term success.
