MD or DO degree with board certification in Anesthesiology
5+ years of clinical experience in anesthesia
Experience in a leadership role or managing teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the anesthesia department at St. Mary's Medical Center
Supervise and support anesthesia staff and clinicians
