Job Summary
Responsible for developing hardware and software automated test equipment (ATE) solutions for SiTime's precision timing devices from NPI (New Product Introduction) through high-volume production.
It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.
Responsibilities:
Design and optimize custom test hardware, including load boards, custom test boards, and probe cards.
Write, debug, and optimize ATE test programs (J750/uFlex, V93K)
Perform Gage R&R (Repeatability and Reproducibility) studies and statistical analysis of test data.
Transfer NPI test solutions to OSATs / overseas manufacturing partners and support offshore production releases.
Execute yield enhancement, test time reduction, and cost-reduction projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.
ATE Experience: 5+ years of test development experience on mixed-signal ATE platforms such as Advantest V93K (PS1600) and Teradyne (J750, uFlex).
Software: C++, Python, Java, MATLAB, and statistical analysis tools.
