What You'll Be Doing:In this role, you'll take ownership of enterprise storage and backup systems, managing day-to-day operations, monitoring performance, maintaining patch levels, and driving improvements across the environment. You'll also play a key role in managing VMware virtualization platforms and supporting Active Directory infrastructure. After-hours availability is required for emergencies and scheduled maintenance.

What We're Looking For: - BS + 10 years of experience (or MS + 7 years) in a related IT infrastructure role
- Hands-on experience with enterprise storage arrays, backup systems, and VMware administration
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows core services
- Experience with SAN optimization, DR/replication strategies, and ransomware protection
- Scripting ability (PowerShell, Perl, VBS) and strong communication skills
- Storage/Backup/VMware or ITIL certifications a plus
