This role will own sourcing execution across one or more workstreams - negotiating directly with MROs, OEMs, and aftermarket suppliers to secure maintenance capacity, manage costs, and support fleet operation. You will bring aviation technical knowledge and commercial sourcing expertise, developing sourcing strategies and driving complex negotiations from initiation through execution. Operating with minimal direction, you will ensure Amazon Air secures sufficient maintenance capacity and favorable commercial terms while building a resilient, high-quality supply base to support the operation.
