Sr. Superintendent (Healthcare)
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (background working on Healthcare projects highly preferred).
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of all aspects of construction industry standards, building codes, equipment and methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
- Valid driver's license and personal mode of transportation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able climb ladders or scaffolding.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to walk a project 3 to 4 times a day.
- Must be able to stand for 6 hours a day.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
