Qualifications

• 7-10 years of project management experience in hyperscale data center construction
• Knowledge of Core and Shell and Tenant Fit Out project workflows
• Proficient in AIA and P6 schedule development and management
• Hands-on Microsoft PM experience or strong understanding from contractor's perspective
• Strong communication skills for liaising with General Contractors and Hyperscale end users
• Experience managing teams of up to 50 individuals in OSP/ISP projects
• Familiarity with Procore and process management of RFIs and Change Orders

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large hyperscale data center construction projects
• Coordinate project workflow and requirements regarding Core and Shell and Tenant Fit Out
• Develop and maintain project schedules using AIA and P6 methodologies
• Oversee and support teams on installation projects, ensuring alignment with Microsoft expectations
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including General Contractors and end users
• Manage project documentation focusing on RFIs, Change Orders, and overall quality control
