How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead Design-to-Value (DtV) initiatives to improve product competitiveness, customer value, and operational performance.
  • Identify cost reduction and productivity opportunities using Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles.
  • Analyze product costs, bills of materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering data to uncover improvement opportunities.
  • Develop data-driven business cases and implement initiatives that support factory productivity and cost optimization goals.
  • Lead engineering projects from concept through implementation while monitoring progress, risks, and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global engineering experts to standardize best practices and drive innovation across product lines.
  • Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to deliver practical, scalable, and cost-effective engineering solutions.
  • Support the introduction of new products, materials, technologies, and components, including technology transfer activities and alignment with global standards.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.


Your Background
