    • Your future role
      "Take on a new challenge and apply your contract and claims management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
      You'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding Alstom's interests and driving the successful execution of projects by preparing, coordinating, and managing contract and claims strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Legal, Finance, and Operations), ensure compliance with Alstom's governance and best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives-and much more."
      We'll look to you for:
      • Driving contract management activities with the support of allocated resources, such as Project Contract Managers or Contract Administrators.
      • Developing and implementing Contract Management Strategy Plans (CMSP) in collaboration with the core project team.
      • Ensuring the consistent application of Alstom's governance, including the Contract, Claims, and Insurance Management Manual (CCIM).
      • Monitoring project schedules and ensuring all contractual milestones are met.
      • Preparing and managing claims/counterclaims and supporting documentation for negotiations.
      • Providing training on contract and claim management to key stakeholders across the project.

      Compensation
      The expected compensation for this role is$140,000 - $170,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
