Overview

The Sr. Program Analyst - Enterprise Technology Program Management for Crocs Inc. is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives for the Enterprise Technology team. This role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, document processes, manage project deliverables, and ensure solutions aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable owning both business analysis and project delivery activities.

What You'll Do

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories in partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Support project planning and execution through task tracking, timeline management, meeting coordination, status reporting, and action item follow-up.
  • Manage project capacity planning by evaluating resource availability, workload demand, and delivery timelines to support realistic planning and prioritization.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and working sessions to align business needs, resolve open questions, and support decision-making.
  • Identify process improvements, risks, gaps, and dependencies through project lifecycles, and escalate issues to maintain project progress and team alignment.
  • Translate business needs into clear documentation for technical, functional, and operational needs for various teams.
  • Coordinate testing activities, including test scenario development, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and validation of business outcomes.
  • Develop project deliverables and change management materials, including documentation, dashboards, presentations, training resources, and stakeholder readiness and communications for clear messaging and transparency.


What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or similar role supporting business or technology initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis practices, requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with project management concepts, including scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and details.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and project tracking tools.
  • Experience using Jira for project tracking, backlog management, issue tracking, or delivery reporting.

Title: Sr. Program Analyst - Enterprise Technology Program Management

Salary or Pay Range: $115,000 - $125,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
