Purpose of RoleThe Sr. Professional, Loyalty Marketing position will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing Member experiences, sweepstakes and athlete content from idea through activation readiness and hand-off to Marketing Campaign Ops to support Under Armour's newly revamped Armour Access loyalty program.
Experiences will deliver on the program promise to provide Members with experiences that showcase the best of Under Armour, including thinking through the Member experience, campaign details, content delivery & approvals and asset management. Ultimately, the Sr. Professional aims to create unique and exciting experiences for Armour Access Members, driving Member acquisition and retention.
The Sr. Professional, Loyalty Marketing will need to drive multiple workstreams including but not limited to developing briefs and processes, alignment and approvals from cross functional teams in Channel / Brand Marketing, Team Sports, Merchandising and Sports Marketing to bring Member-focused activations to market.
The Sr. Professional, Loyalty Marketing will be required to clearly convey and champion the program needs ensuring loyalty goals are integrated into Marketing campaign and event strategies. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate updates on the Member experience, refining execution details and ensuring activations are on-track, ultimately keeping the Member experience and program strategy top-of-mind and driving commercial value for the business.
Your Impact- Presents new experience and campaign ideas to cross-functional teammates, influencing and developing all activation details with program guidance on a robust calendar of upcoming Member experiences, sweepstakes, content and products, interpreting outcomes and improving future experiences based on results.
- Understands and helps interpret decisions as they arise during the development and activation planning. Contributes to the development / communication of any changing implications and priorities for the program based on these results
- Summarizes and communicates status updates of upcoming Member experience plans for Loyalty team alignment and leadership reviews
- Helps to inform develop new campaigns and experiences based on consumer insights, competitor benchmarking, and prior campaign results
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience or typically 9 years of relevant work experience without degree
- Experience working in a fast-paced, consumer-centric initiatives that focus on engaging consumers to influence their resulting behavior with their brand (e.g. loyalty programs, partnerships and / or collaborations or agency work) loyalty program experience, event planning or Sports marketing a plus
- Ability to work independently and function in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to influence others to convey prioritization of loyalty initiatives and campaigns as an important initiative for the region and brand.
Workplace Location- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore HQoffice.

RelocationBase Compensation$75,000.00-$100,000.00 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
