Full Job Description
Our opportunity:

Automation Anywhere is the leader in Agentic Process Automation (APA), redefining how work gets done through AI-powered, goal-driven automation. As enterprises move beyond traditional RPA toward intelligent, adaptive systems, we're at the forefront-helping organizations unlock productivity, accelerate growth, and transform how teams operate. This is a unique opportunity to join a category-defining company and play a pivotal role in bringing our AI-native APA platform and Agentic AI solutions for IT to market.

In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of innovation and impact-owning go-to-market strategy, shaping differentiated messaging, and turning complex technology into compelling stories that resonate with both practitioners and executives. You'll partner closely across Product, Sales, and Marketing to launch high-impact initiatives, enable a global sales force, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and want to influence how the next generation of AI-driven automation is positioned and adopted, this is your chance to make a lasting mark.

Who you'll report to:

This position will report to the VP, Product Marketing

Location:

Hybrid role with regular onsite workdays in our San Jose, CA office strongly preferred. Other U.S locations may be considered.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:
  • Shaping go-to-market strategy for Automation Anywhere's AI-native APA platform and Agentic AI solutions for IT (AI for ITSM, AIOps and Service Desk)-connecting innovation to meaningful customer value
  • Defining clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that makes complex technology simple, human, and compelling
  • Translating technical capabilities and insights into cohesive narratives that resonate with both practitioners and executive audiences
  • Staying ahead of the competitive landscape by continuously analyzing market, customer, and competitor signals to inform strategy and storytelling
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to bring launches, campaigns, and initiatives to life
  • Developing high-impact content, including sales narratives, presentations, demos, customer stories, and digital assets that drives buyer action
  • Enabling sales teams with the tools, messaging, and proof points they need to win-developing playbooks, sales assets, and competitive battlecards that help a global sales force outperform the competition
  • Leading high-impact product launches that reinforce our position as a category leader
  • Partnering with Demand Generation to build programmatic campaigns that drive measurable conversion and revenue, not just awareness
  • Reviewing campaign and pipeline performance to optimize GTM strategies

You will be a great fit if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in a high-growth environment
  • A deep understanding of IT Service Desk, ITSM and AIOps market is a plus. You know who the players are, where the gaps lie, and how to win
  • A proven ability to take "under-the-hood" technology and turn it into a simple, emotional, and urgent business story. You know how to rise above the noise
  • A track record of owning end-to-end GTM initiatives that activate every corner of the business-from engineering and sales to product management and the executive board
  • A high-ownership, high-energy mindset. You thrive in fast-paced environments where collaboration is the default and velocity is the goal

You excel in these key competencies:
  • Ability to translate complex, technical AI/APA capabilities into clear, compelling, and emotionally resonant stories that influence both technical buyers and executive stakeholders
  • Strong presence and credibility when engaging cross-functional leaders (Product, Sales, Marketing) and executive audiences-able to align stakeholders and drive decisions through clear, confident communication
  • Proven ability to lead through influence (not authority), partnering seamlessly across teams to drive GTM execution, launches, and revenue-impacting initiatives
  • Deep curiosity about customers, competitors, and market trends-paired with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategy that sharpens positioning and drives competitive advantage
  • High-energy, results-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership-someone who moves quickly, iterates, and takes accountability for delivering measurable business outcomes

The base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $165,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
