What this role is- This role is about one thing: creating specialized agents that are genuinely good at a specific job.
- You will own agents built for roles like sales, recruiting, or business operations. That means understanding the actual work, the actual handoffs, and the actual measure of a good day in that role, then designing backward from there.
What you will own - One or more vertically focused agents, from problem definition through deployment and iteration with customers.
- The outcome definition for your agents: what good looks like, how we measure it, and how we know when it is not working.
- The details. Prompts, skills, escalation paths, edge cases, and the unglamorous places where trust is won or lost.
- A tight loop with engineering and design, and a direct line to the customers using what you build.
How we work Small team, real customers, short cycles. You will have unusual ownership and unusual access to the people using your work.

- 4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role

- Exceptional attention to detail. You understand customers' needs and your product functionality down to the details.
- You simplify. You have good judgment about what to leave out, and you make complicated systems feel obvious.
- Ability to bring order, calm, and maturity to messy situations.
