This role will be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, Bellevue, or remote.

What this role is

• This role is about one thing: creating specialized agents that are genuinely good at a specific job.
• You will own agents built for roles like sales, recruiting, or business operations. That means understanding the actual work, the actual handoffs, and the actual measure of a good day in that role, then designing backward from there.

What you will own

• One or more vertically focused agents, from problem definition through deployment and iteration with customers.
• The outcome definition for your agents: what good looks like, how we measure it, and how we know when it is not working.
• The details. Prompts, skills, escalation paths, edge cases, and the unglamorous places where trust is won or lost.
• A tight loop with engineering and design, and a direct line to the customers using what you build.

How we work

Small team, real customers, short cycles. You will have unusual ownership and unusual access to the people using your work.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
• Experience in vertical AI or SaaS, and comfort designing and deploying software backward from outcomes.
• Exceptional attention to detail. You understand customers' needs and your product functionality down to the details.
• You simplify. You have good judgment about what to leave out, and you make complicated systems feel obvious.
• Ability to bring order, calm, and maturity to messy situations.
• Customer-ready. You are equally comfortable with engineers, with peers in product, and with customers.

The pay range for this role is $155,000 to $253,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
