AWS is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to define the product vision and strategy for the Migrations & Modernization analytics portfolio within AWS Specialist & Partner (ASP). As a strategic partner to Migrations & Modernization leadership, this role translates complex migration data into actionable products, drives reporting and AI strategy, and shapes the direction of data products that support migration program growth and revenue realization. The Sr. PM-T leads the end-to-end product lifecycle for the team's reporting, data, and AI-powered analytics products, developing and managing the roadmap to help field roles (Migration Advisors, CSMs, AMs, PSMs, PDMs, PCSMs, PMPs) increase program velocity and customer outcomes. Partners with stakeholder groups across Finance, GTM, Programs, and field teams to achieve operational excellence through product prioritization, adoption analytics, business reviews, and communicating product direction both verbally and in writing. As the analytics landscape evolves toward agentic AI, this role will be instrumental in shaping how the team builds and deploys AI-powered agents that augment field productivity and surface insights at the point of decision. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance product rigor with stakeholder partnership, translating data into product strategy while building trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
A successful candidate is a strategic leader with strong technical and product instincts who understands end-to-end data product workflows (from data ingestion through dashboards and AI agents) and can make prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholder groups. They will possess strong verbal and written communication skills and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Key job responsibilities
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements across the team's reporting, data, and AI agent portfolio
Determine what to build, defer, and deprecate; translate stakeholder needs into prioritized product requirements
Partner closely with BIE leads to foster a collaborative, empowered culture focused on delivering customer value
Establish a shared vision across the organization by engaging with stakeholders and ensuring the roadmap meets customer and business needs
Create buy-in for the product vision, both internally and with cross-functional partners
Identify analytics that help field roles execute migrations and translate those into data products that serve each role's workflow
Own communication with leadership and cross-org partner teams
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
