Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant role
• Experience in product lifecycle management within an Agile environment
• Preferred background in software development and program management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a creative approach

Responsibilities

• Build and implement product strategies aligned with company vision
• Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product development
• Collaborate with senior management to develop product plans and roadmaps
• Supervise and mentor product managers while coordinating cross-functional teams
• Prepare and review product requirements documents (PRD)
• Organize product releases and ensure compliance with schedules
• Make recommendations to expand product offerings and track their impact
