An established manufacturer is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to lead product development from concept through production launch.
Responsibilities:
• Own product requirements, mechanical design, cost, testing, and launch readiness.
• Develop and review 3D models, drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
• Lead design risk assessments, validation testing, and engineering changes.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing.
• Resolve product issues, improve manufacturability, and mentor other engineers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of product development, design engineering, or new product introduction experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical design, GD&T, materials, and manufacturing knowledge.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD; SolidWorks preferred.
• Experience independently leading products from concept through launch.
• Window, windshield, glazing, or related assembly experience is a plus.
