RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: Relocation assistance may be available CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR START: Yes CLEARANCE TYPE: Secret TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time Our EIE Software organization is seeking a Sr. Principal Project Management to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals in Melbourne, FL. Responsibilities: • Leads development and implementation of EIE technical tool strategies and the associated tracking of resources to drive efficiencies across the EIE organization. • Collaborate with CO to identify opportunities to improve data movement across different classification networks (Data Diodes, IDE). • Strategizes with the Program Leadership Team to implement solutions for all staffing challenges. • Reports status to Section/Department Managers and EI&E Leads. • Pulls data, prepares charts, affirms status, projects status and devises go forward plan. • Acts as the Resource Manager for the EI&E. • Performs Property Management & Test Equipment Tracking to ensure compliance with required processes and procedures. • Leads development and implementation of EI&E processes, including the collection, reporting, and analysis of staffing, performance, quality, and other engineering metrics. • Coordinate with EI&E leadership team, program, and other functional counterparts to achieve the EI&E annual operating plan (AOP) and long-range goals and objectives. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 8 years of experience OR a Master’s degree in a (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 6 years of experience OR a PhD degree in a (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 4-years of relevant experience related professional/military experience that includes a background in leadership roles. • Your ability to transfer and maintain an interim Secret clearance and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company. • Experience in developing and managing processes across large organizations. • Experience with POST, Tableau, Lx Training tools, and ASTAR tracking. • Experience interfacing effectively with all levels of employees and Leadership. Preferred Qualifications: • Proven experience supporting an Engineering Section, Department, Assistant Department Manager and/or Staffing Lead • In-depth knowledge of the NGAS Engineering organization and its operation • In-depth knowledge and experience with the NGAS resource management process inclusive of staffing, redeployment, and release processes • Previous experience supporting broad initiatives led by VP, Director or DM • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning and presentation skills • Experience developing and executing executive-level presentations and briefings. • Microsoft Teams experience. • Current and active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access. Primary Level Salary Range: $101,400.00 - $152,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
