Full Job Description
Sr. Pricing Analyst

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To analyze and handle higher-level new and renewal business pricing opportunities across all lines of business; to ensure on-going compliance with department procedures and best practices.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
  • Analyzes, designs and prices higher-level new and renewal business pricing opportunities as assigned.
  • Works closely with other departments as appropriate often communicating with program managers, operations managers, managing directors, finance, sales and marketing, and legal department.
  • Manages projects through well-developed action plans to an appropriate and timely resolution.
  • Responds to requests for proposals.
  • Prepares formal new and renewal pricing presentation documents and support schedules.
  • Informs management of ideas for continuous process improvement.
  • Supports management on assigned projects from inception through implementation; supports management for new client implementations and other short-term initiatives; and supports managers conducting research or new service/product development projects.
  • Supports training and improvement activities needed to meet established operational and audit departmental requirements.
  • Assists in evaluation, development, and enhancement of various pricing models as requested.
  • Provides superior customer service and support to business/management strategies.


QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Major in accounting field strongly preferred. Professional certification preferred.

Six (6) years of experience in financial analysis, project management or accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Supervisory experience preferred.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $75,000 to $90,000.
