About the job: Job role responsibilities of
Program Manager / Sr Project Manager - Markets and Growth portfolio Medicare Advantage/ DSNP/ Medicaid or Exchange program/ product build knowledge (Enrollment, Eligibility, Claims, Provider network, encounters etc) (Highly Recommended having exposure to one or many functions) E2E set of Pharmacy Benefits Experience in working with Plan and Pharmacy Benefits Manager Setting up Pharmacy call center Pharmacy member materials Provider Materials State Connections Manage large to high complexity programs Responsible for overall delivery of project Lead stakeholders in the refinement of the project charter Develop and maintain project budget Identify, log, assign and manage risks & issues Implement mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and communicate/escalate to stakeholders Represent project in program meetings Meeting summaries: capture & report on main decisions & action items Develop program operations & support plan Partner with SIT and E2E UAT areas to plan testing (good to have) Incorporate effective scope/change management impact assessment and controls Maintain project documentation Escalate issues to Business Owner/ Program Manager/ Leadership Promote cross-functional communication between impacted business & IT areas Facilitate that project milestone deliverables are completed and approved at every stage of the project lifecycle Produce detailed reports, business decision documents, meeting minutes, and notifications on assigned projects improvization in processes, and tools Partner with business to plan and support desk and onsite State Readiness reviews Work with the Project Management team to develop and present status at weekly project stakeholder and steering committee meetings Partner with business and IT stakeholders to address blockers in an expedited fashion Partner with project team to monitor and manage schedule, risk, issues, actions, decisions and change requests Partner with project team to plan for production operations readiness Excellent communications skills
