Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience, with 4+ years in project management for manufacturing technology initiatives.
• Experience with MES platforms and shop floor systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and plant environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work onsite with manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Manufacturing Systems rollouts and MES initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, IT, and Supply Chain.
• Oversee cutover activities to minimize disruption to operations.
• Facilitate project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Manage project scope, change control, and risk mitigation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing efficiency.
