Sr. Paralegal

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a senior paralegal in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or clinical research industries.
• Proven expertise in managing MSAs, SOWs, and vendor contracts.
• Strong organizational skills to handle shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for effective collaboration.
• Proficient in contract management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and revise vendor contracts including SOWs and MSAs.
• Propose revisions to contracts based on company policies and risk assessments.
• Manage contract backlogs and assist with administrative tasks for agreement execution.
• Support the legal review process to ensure timely internal approvals.
• Maintain organized files and tracking systems for contracts and amendments.
