Description WHAT YOU WILL DO The Sr. OEM Support & Analytics Associate is responsible for supporting OEM programs, pricing strategies, program forecasting, reporting, analytics, and dealer engagement initiatives for Hyundai Capital America's new business development. This role serves as a key liaison between OEM partners, field sales teams, dealers, and internal stakeholders to support business growth, optimize program performance, and drive strategic initiatives. The position combines analytical expertise with program management responsibilities, supporting incentive programs, pricing activities, forecasting models, executive reporting, performance reviews, and dealer-focused initiatives. This role will evaluate business opportunities, identify performance trends, develop actionable insights, and assist in implementing strategies that improve sales volume, penetration, profitability, and customer experience for new business development.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT - OEM Program Management & Business Support
- Collaborate with OEM and internal business partners to administer and enhance Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), maintenance, incentive, pricing, and finance programs.
- Contribute to the development and execution of short- and long-term business plans, sales objectives, and strategic initiatives aligned with HCA's new business market goals.
- Coordinate program launches, promotions, dealer communications, and implementation activities to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Build relationships with OEM partners, field sales teams, and dealers to improve program effectiveness, dealer engagement, and market performance.
- Analytics, Forecasting & Business Performance Management
- Analyze program results, pricing, penetration, profitability, and financial impact to inform business and program decisions.
- Develop and maintain forecasts, performance models, and trend analyses for OEM programs and dealer initiatives.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, market assessments, and performance reviews to identify growth opportunities and emerging business risks.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations that improve program effectiveness, sales volume, penetration, and profitability.
- Reporting, Dashboards & Executive Communications
- Develop and maintain reporting packages, scorecards, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Manage reporting calendars, service level expectations, and report distribution processes.
- Support OEM and internal data requests while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare business reviews, executive communications, and performance updates for leadership and OEM partners.
- Dealer Support & Strategic Projects
- Partner with field sales teams and internal stakeholders to develop and execute dealer-focused growth initiatives and incentive programs that increase dealer engagement, program adoption, sales volume, and penetration.
- Support business cases, dealer proposals, financial analyses, and customized sales strategies that address market opportunities and support new business development objectives.
- Participate in strategic projects, process improvements, and product enhancements, including requirements gathering, implementation support, performance monitoring, and stakeholder communication
- Support governance, controls, documentation, and compliance activities related to OEM and pricing programs.
Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE - 4-6 years of experience in business strategy, finance, analytics, sales, marketing, product management, OEM support, or related fields.
- Experience business reporting, forecasting, pricing analysis, or business intelligence tools.
- Experience supporting automotive finance, captive finance, OEM programs, dealer operations, or related industries is preferred.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or other related fields.
- Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research operational issues, interpret information, and recommend practical solutions.
- Ability to interpret business data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, SAS, Python, or similar platforms preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to build effective relationships across OEM, dealer, sales, and corporate teams.
