Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Proficient in Mechanical Engineering analysis including structural, fluids, and heat transfer.
• Experience with project management, capable of organizing and executing multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate project details across functions.
• Ability to obtain a DOD security clearance.,
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally (less than 10%).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize performance of diesel engines and driveline subsystems for military vehicles.
• Conduct structural, thermal, and vibrational analyses of various designs.
• Lead or participate in proposals for new engine and transmission projects.
• Develop and provide input for design verification test plans and specifications.
• Manage projects autonomously while overseeing tasks delegated to team members.
• Communicate project details effectively with internal teams and customers.
• Prepare detailed technical reports for customer review.
