Job Description:
Develops and implements recruitment strategies to attract qualified providers.
Collaborates with leadership to identify staffing needs and create recruitment plans.
Sources candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and professional networks.
Screens and evaluates candidate applications and resumes to determine suitability for the position.
Conducts interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization.
Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of recruitment and onboarding processes, making improvements as needed.
Manages the offer process, including negotiating terms and extending job offers to selected candidates.
Facilitates the onboarding process for new providers, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Provides orientation and training to new providers, covering organizational policies, procedures, and culture.
Ensures all necessary documentation and credentials are obtained and verified for new hires.
Acts as a point of contact for new providers, addressing any questions or concerns during the onboarding process.
Collaborates with various departments to ensure new providers have the resources and support needed to succeed.
