Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager to lead analytics for our Weight Management initiatives. This role will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, guiding data strategy, and partnering cross-functionally to drive measurable outcomes in support of our clinical and business goals.
The successful candidate will deliver data-driven insights and key performance indicators to support our program's strategy. They must synthesize strategic insights for leadership, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will learn quickly, solve new problems, and prioritize deliverables based on value. They must exhibit independent judgment, leverage subject matter experts, and influence executive decision-making with strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in healthcare, wellness, or population health analytics.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Public Health, Data Science).
Familiarity with clinical data, claims, EMR, or pharmacy data.
Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $165,954.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
