Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in electrical-mechanical design for automotive applications.
• Proficiency in design analysis tools such as DFMEA and thermal FEA.
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and materials.
• Ability to apply GD&T principles to designs.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with Siemens NX.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design Electrical Center products based on customer needs and industry standards.
• Lead and manage the product development timeline and internal design reviews.
• Utilize analysis tools to create robust engineering designs that meet specifications.
• Apply GD&T to ensure compliance in components and assemblies.
• Prepare comprehensive validation plans, tests, and review materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are fulfilled.
• Generate accurate cost estimates and design documentation.
