Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, engineering, or quality areas.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and project management.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing business and engineering data.
• Effective communication skills to influence at all organizational levels.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs and operations to identify project ideas.
• Lead cost and business analysis for project justification and decision-making.
• Influence management through collaboration with plant and business teams.
• Build and launch project teams, developing comprehensive project plans.
• Participate in and deliver project results in various roles, including project manager.
• Collaborate with the Manufacturing Continuous Improvement team to share responsibilities and leverage skills.
