Description and RequirementsAbout the PositionThe ideal candidate will be an expert on high-level analysis deriving conclusions from large underlying data sets, business intelligence, operations management, forecasting and presenting recommendations to management. In general, this person will help build and deliver timely and accurate business cadence reporting.
This position has EST business hours and is a part of a global team. This position will have occasional traveling as a part of the position.
Key Responsibilities- Support and maintain the weekly, monthly and quarterly business reporting.
- Support and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Present and provide updates across teams and to Executive stakeholders.
- Analyze actual performance versus plans to explain any underlying variances in detail.
- Interface with teams on topics of attainment, tracks, pipeline, etc.
- Own and manage multiple BI initiatives and projects both on an ongoing and an ad-hoc basis.
- Analyze big data and create recommendations for the sales Ops teams, finance, and management.
- Continuously evolve forecasting models, analyze historic results, and make business recommendations.
- Working with the management team to develop, implement and manage the Business processes, systems, reports and strategies to meet organizational goals and initiatives.
Basic Qualifications- 10 years of Experience in Sales Operations, providing analytical reporting and business insights.
- 10 years of Experience developing and optimizing business management systems, processes, and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field
Preferred Qualifications - 10+ years of Experience in Sales Operations at a global organization.
- 10+ years of Experience working with MS Dynamics and modern CRM applications.
- Ability to work in an environment with multiple data sources and ability to produce concise reports.
- Comfort and Experience working on slide decks, utilizing O356 and Excel.
- Experience delivering Thought Leadership and executing on strategic initiatives and plans.
- Experience working with BI tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with peers, senior management and other functional groups.
- Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment and balance competitive priorities.
- Ability to communicate with clarity and tact with management and peers.
- Ability to share credit for success and take accountability for missed deadlines.
- Self-motivated mindset with proactive planning.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skillset.

PAY TRANSPARENCYThe anticipated annual compensation range for this position is
