JOB DESCRIPTION:This position is an office based role working out of our Lake Forest, IL office location in the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics, Consumer Services and Products division.
The
Senior Store Brand Manager is responsible for leading the commercialization strategy and business performance of the Store Brand (Private Label) Pregnancy and Ovulation Test portfolio. Leading a small team, this individual will partner with
Swiss Precision Diagnostics (SPD) to develop and implement long-range growth strategies while ensuring flawless execution of key business objectives.
This highly visible leadership role spans commercial operations, financial management, project execution, and SG&A budget oversight. The successful candidate will be an influential cross-functional leader with a strong track record of aligning stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering integrated commercial solutions that advance business growth and market leadership.
What You'll Work On- Lead the Store Brands business with full accountability for commercial performance, including sales, market share, profitability, budgets, operations, inventory management, and strategic project execution.
- Execute business strategies and commercialization plans developed in partnership with Swiss Precision Diagnostics (SPD), including new product launches and portfolio growth initiatives.
- Own the P&L, analyze sales trends, and leverage sales, shipment, consumption, and Nielsen market data to identify trends, uncover growth opportunities, optimize product positioning, and drive revenue and market share growth.
- Lead the development of customer-facing marketing and sales tools that support effective commercialization and resonate with target consumers and retail partners.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Logistics, and Global Business Services to successfully deliver strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Abbott and SPD, leading business reviews, presenting strategic plans and financial performance to senior leadership, and managing key customer negotiations and escalations.
- Oversee demand planning, supply planning, S&OP processes, inventory optimization, and customer fulfillment to ensure operational continuity and service excellence.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team while maintaining a strong partnership with the SPD Chief Supply Officer through a dotted-line reporting relationship.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, sales, or commercial leadership.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to successfully deliver business objectives, programs, and projects.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial acumen with experience using data and insights to drive business performance.
- Experience presenting business recommendations, insights, and performance updates to senior and executive leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including development of executive-level presentations and business analyses.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel domestically (30%) and internationally < 10% as needed.
Preferred Qualifications- MBA strongly preferred due to the business complexity and strategic focus of the position

The base pay for this position is $129,300.00 - $258,700.00
In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
