As the Senior Manager of Value-Based Care Growth, you will support the long-term programmatic strategy and multi-year roadmap for member growth across our Chronic Special Needs Plan (CSNP) partnerships.

You will collaborate directly with health plans to elevate awareness about plans and programs tailored to the unique needs of the kidney care community. As a strategic operator, you will seamlessly integrate diverse growth levers into a cohesive, high-performing program-aligning payer partners, field operations, and clinical care teams to execute with success.

The ideal candidate is an innovative problem-solver with deep expertise in the insurance space who can build trusted relationships, drive change, and translate complex member behavior insights into scalable operational workflows.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Support multi-year roadmap development for value-based care organic growth and retention, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and programmatic strategies.
  • Health Plan Partnership: Collaborate with health plans as they build sales and marketing ecosystems to elevate awareness about plans and programs tailored to the unique needs of our members.
  • Operational Integration: Drive field leadership sponsorship for the program and gain buy-in to spend capacity on these initiatives. Partner on thoughtful workflow design and drive continuous improvement in operations to execute for success when integrating into the clinical environment.
  • Innovation & Pilot Execution: Drive strategic change by conceptualizing new initiatives, developing robust business cases, and overseeing the execution of pilot programs-scaling successful models across the enterprise.
  • Performance Governance: Lead regular business operating reviews. Partner with finance, actuarial, and analytics functions to drive clarity on the C-SNP growth narrative, guide strategy, and inform operational execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of managers and analysts to execute on strategic priorities, get stuff done (GSD), and overcome operational challenges. Develop self and others while championing the DaVita Way.


Qualifications
  • Expertise in the healthcare insurance space, fee for service, value-based care, CSNPs, and member support ecosystems. Preferred
  • Strong strategic and analytical acumen with the ability to partner with analytical teams to generate insights, optimize strategies, and solve complex operational challenges.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and strategic influence skills. Proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and communicate compelling, executive-level narratives in a highly matrixed environment.
  • 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy, operations, or program management.
  • Demonstrated success executing complex, large-scale initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree Preferred

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year.
