About the Role:We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Transformation to drive cross-functional initiatives that accelerate IMAX's strategic evolution. In this highly visible role, you will partner with senior executives to design and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency, fuel growth, and leverage emerging technologies - especially AI - to create lasting competitive advantage.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The right candidate can assess an opportunity, build a clear plan, bring the right people together, manage delivery, and measure whether the change made a difference. They will be comfortable working across functions and translating between business needs and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities - Partner with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities to improve how IMAX operates, serves customers, or makes decisions.
- Champion the integration of AI-driven solutions across business functions, partnering with product, technology, and business leaders to identify high-value opportunities and ensure successful deployment.
- Lead multiple high-impact transformation programs spanning technology, operations, and strategy, while establishing clear objectives, success metrics, and execution frameworks to ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by providing insights, recommendations, and regular updates on program progress, outcomes, and strategic implications.
- Drive organizational alignment through thoughtful change management strategies, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a culture of continuous improvement across IMAX.
Qualifications - Significant experience in enterprise transformation, strategy, change management, project management or management consulting.
- Prior exposure to digital transformation; media, entertainment, or technology experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency with AI concepts and applications
- Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights and calculate ROI.
- Demonstrated success in influencing senior executives and managing high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives.
- Practical understanding of AI and automation in a business setting, with curiosity and a willingness to keep learning as the technology evolves.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills; comfortable in highly visible roles.
- Clear writing and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both senior executives and delivery teams.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to build trust across functions.
- Curiosity and passion for IMAX, the entertainment industry, and emerging technologies shaping the future.
