Your Impact

Reporting to the Senior Director, the Senior Manager, Enterprise Business Systems is a key technology leader responsible for driving the delivery, optimization, and operational excellence of SAP on-premise platforms that support critical business functions. This role owns the SAP on-prem data migration strategy and leads SAP reporting and analytics capabilities. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure high-quality data, robust reporting, and scalable system performance.

The ideal candidate brings deep SAP on-premise expertise, strong SQL skills, hands-on experience with SAP BW and SAP BPC, and a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing technical teams in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with SAP cloud-based data migration and reporting tools is a strong asset as we continue modernizing our enterprise application landscape.

What the Role Offers

SAP Data Migration & Governance
  • Own and execute data migration strategies for SAP ECC/S/4 on-prem systems as part of upgrades, system consolidations, acquisition integrations and divestitures
  • Lead data profiling, cleansing, mapping, conversion, reconciliation, and cutover activities with strong adherence to IT controls and data governance
  • Manage migration tooling and frameworks, including SAP LSMW, SAP BODS and SQL-based reconciliation processes
  • Govern migration standards, playbooks, and controls to ensure data accuracy, traceability, auditability, and compliance
  • Direct the effective use of SAP on-prem migration tools and coordinate with ETL frameworks as needed
  • Partner with master data, integration, and security teams to maintain end-to-end data integrity


SAP Reporting & Analytics
  • Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of SAP BW, SAP BOBJ and SAP BPC reporting solutions supporting operational and financial analytics
  • Promote self-service analytics while maintaining strong governance, security, and data integrity standards
  • Support month-end/period-end reporting defects to ensure a timely close
  • Support cloud transformation initiatives, including future adoption of SAP cloud migration and reporting platforms
  • Ensure stability, performance, security, and data consistency across SAP on-prem landscapes and reporting environments
  • Maintain strict compliance with SOX, audit requirements, change management, SDLC, and cybersecurity policies
  • Lead root-cause analysis for critical incidents, communicating effectively with IT leadership and driving corrective action
  • Identify automation opportunities, process improvements, and modernization initiatives aligned with IT strategy and roadmaps


Leadership & Team Management
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SAP analysts, data engineers, and reporting developers
  • Lead internal teams and external IT service providers (on projects), ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture, delivery standards, and governance frameworks
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, innovation, and accountability rooted in IT best practices


What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related IT discipline.
  • 8-12+ years of SAP ECC/simple finance/S/4 on-premise experience across implementation, enhancements, and production support.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with SAP data migration tools (LSMW, BODS for on-prem) and SQL-based profiling and reconciliation.
  • Deep experience with SAP BW/BOBJ (data modeling, reporting) and SAP BPC (planning & consolidation).
  • 5+ years of team leadership or IT people-management experience in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering solutions within structured SDLC, DevOps, and release-governance environments.

Salary Range: 133500 - 200300 CAD per annum; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
