As a Senior Business Systems Analyst at MKS, you will have deep knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, strong functional and technical understanding, and proven experience in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

We are seeking a result-driven SAP FICO professional with extensive experience in financial accounting, project accounting, and SAP ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional and operational expertise across SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) along with hands-on experience in Project Accounting and Revenue Recognition & Reporting. This role requires a finance subject matter expert (SME) who can bridge business requirements with SAP system architecture, support complex multi-entity operations, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver accurate financial reporting in multi-geography environments (USA, Europe, APAC).
Skills You Bring:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions across global and regional projects.
- Execute configuration and support activities across SAP FI components, including:
- General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Configuration, Payment File Setup, Bank Communication Protocols (e.g., EBICS, SWIFT), Treasury, Tax, and Audit Processes.
- Execute SAP CO configuration and support in:
- Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Cost Planning & Controlling, COPA
- Ensure proper integration and provide support for finance-related aspects of SAP Project System (PS), particularly in cost flow and settlement processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and Business Relationship Managers to gather requirements and align SAP solutions with business goals.
- Manage a large SAP FICO project ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Support and integrate with third-party applications including VIM, Kofax, Coupa, HFM, tax engines, and middleware platforms.
- Oversee and contribute to SAP-related projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business users for testing, documentation, and user training.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance or Masters of Commerce, MBA, CAs preferred.
- 5+ years of experience, with strong business and functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO, Treasury and tax application
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and balance project delivery with support needs.
- Willing to work aligned to European time zones.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA platforms.
- Certification in SAP FI or SAP CO module.
- Familiarity with interface design, ABAP debugging and technical trouble shooting.
This position is onsite and candidates must be within commutable distance to Andover MA. Relocation benefits are not available for this position.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Pay Range: $88,000 - $147,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
