Full Job Description
Lead the engineering teams that keep a largescale digital supply chain running 24×7. As a Sr Infrastructure Engineering Manager, you'll set strategy and provide technical leadership across enterprise infrastructure - driving modernization, reliability, and performance for mission critical platforms that power the business.
This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior infrastructure engineering teams across cloud, servers, databases, virtualization, storage, and automation.
• Define and execute long term infrastructure strategy aligned to growth, resiliency, security, and performance goals.
• Oversee design and delivery of highly available, scalable, and secure cloud first infrastructure solutions.
• Drive modernization initiatives, cloud adoption, automation, and operational excellence.
• Partner with application, network, security, and business leaders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure strong governance, compliance readiness, disaster recovery, and disciplined engineering standards.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of cloud or infrastructure engineering experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Proven success leading enterprise infrastructure teams in complex, high availability environments.
• Strong technical background in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Linux/Windows systems, virtualization, storage, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with largescale modernization efforts, cloud migrations, and mission critical platforms.
• Strong communication, leadership, and talent development skill.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
