As a Sr Infrastructure Engineering Manager, you'll set strategy and provide technical leadership across enterprise infrastructure - driving modernization, reliability, and performance for mission critical platforms that power the business. This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. What You'll Do • Lead, mentor, and develop senior infrastructure engineering teams across cloud, servers, databases, virtualization, storage, and automation. • Define and execute long term infrastructure strategy aligned to growth, resiliency, security, and performance goals. • Oversee design and delivery of highly available, scalable, and secure cloud first infrastructure solutions. • Drive modernization initiatives, cloud adoption, automation, and operational excellence. • Partner with application, network, security, and business leaders to deliver integrated solutions. • Ensure strong governance, compliance readiness, disaster recovery, and disciplined engineering standards. What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 10+ years of cloud or infrastructure engineering experience with progressive leadership responsibility. • Proven success leading enterprise infrastructure teams in complex, high availability environments. • Strong technical background in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Linux/Windows systems, virtualization, storage, and infrastructure automation. • Experience with largescale modernization efforts, cloud migrations, and mission critical platforms. • Strong communication, leadership, and talent development skill. • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
