Job Description:
Talent Development
Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and create development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Design and implement leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential employee programs.
Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, talent reviews, and development planning.
Coach leaders and managers on employee growth, career progression, and team effectiveness.
Collaborate with Learning & Development to create impactful training initiatives and learning pathways.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives through career development and growth opportunities.
Use workforce and talent analytics to assess organizational capability and recommend development solutions.
Organizational Design & Effectiveness
Lead organizational design initiatives that improve structure, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Partner with leadership to evaluate team structures, role alignment, spans and layers, and workforce planning needs.
Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, transformation, and integration efforts.
Develop change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of organizational initiatives.
Assess organizational health and culture, providing recommendations to improve collaboration, accountability, and performance.
Drive initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness and organizational agility.
Strategic HR Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on strategic people-related decisions.
Align HR strategies with business objectives to support growth and organizational performance.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and HR Operations teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience.
Experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational design.
Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Excellent consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to use HR data to influence decisions.
Experience working with Unions.
Ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or related certification preferred.
