We are seeking a seasoned Senior Global Product Owner to lead the development and lifecycle management of CenTrak's RTLS hardware and firmware solutions. This individual will play a critical role in connecting customer needs, field insights, and business strategy to deliver high impact product outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and brings a strong ability to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable, reliable product solutions.

Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of RTLS hardware and firmware products, ensuring performance, scalability, and clinical reliability

Drive a value-based product roadmap aligned to CenTrak's strategic priorities and real-world healthcare challenges

Leverage data, VOC, and field feedback to continuously refine priorities and roadmap direction

Backlog & Execution Leadership

Maintain and prioritize a global product backlog focused on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility

Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure clear requirements, efficient execution, and timely delivery

Voice of Customer & Field Engagement

Lead structured Voice of Customer (VOC) efforts across clinicians, administrators, and operational stakeholders

Engage directly with customers and field teams to understand workflow challenges and operational opportunities

Translate insights into actionable product enhancements and innovations

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with engineering, PMO, supply chain, quality/regulatory, sales, services, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery and adoption

Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

Sustainment & Operational Excellence

Lead sustainment strategy to minimize customer disruption and ensure ongoing reliability of deployed solutions

Drive improvements in field performance, issue resolution, and lifecycle efficiency

Market & Innovation

Monitor market trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies

Identify opportunities to enhance CenTrak's RTLS platform capabilities and differentiation

Performance & Impact

Define and track key product performance metrics, including adoption, reliability, and customer satisfaction

Communicate product performance and roadmap progress to leadership

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical discipline; advanced degrees or hybrid technical/business backgrounds preferred.

6-8+ years of experience in product ownership or management with a strong emphasis on hardware and firmware development and sustainment, ideally in healthcare environments.

Solid understanding of the healthcare technology landscape; RTLS or MedTech experience is highly desirable.

Proven expertise in Agile methodologies; Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred. Ability to work within a Phase Gate process for New Product Development.

Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary hardware initiatives with a proven record of achieving project milestones.

Experience interfacing with clinical professionals and translating clinical workflows into actionable product requirements.

Ability to conduct product demos and convey solution value to leadership and other stakeholders.

Persuasive communication skills, executive presence, thoughtful stakeholder management, and polished presentation skills with a global, cross-cultural perspective.

Ability to make date informed decisions in ambiguous situations and balance short-term needs with long-term strategy.

Willingness and ability to travel (25- 35%) to customer sites across North America to capture direct feedback and ensure alignment with field realities.
