Atlas is hiring a Senior Geotechnical Engineer 4 to join our team in Roswell, GA. In this role, you'll lead geotechnical projects from planning through delivery, serving as a trusted technical resource for clients and internal teams. The work includes project management, field and laboratory coordination, technical analysis, quality review, and clear reporting that helps infrastructure projects move forward safely and confidently.

This is a strong fit for someone who brings deep geotechnical experience, sound engineering judgment, and a practical, people-first approach to project leadership. You should be comfortable working both in the field and in the office, balancing client needs, technical quality, mentoring, and business development.

Core Responsibilities
  • Apply fundamental geotechnical engineering principles to support project delivery
  • Serve as a primary client contact, providing timely responses to client needs
  • Provide project management and oversight, including QA/QC, analysis, and field services
  • Perform and review geotechnical analysis, laboratory testing, and field observations
  • Review project invoices for accuracy
  • Support engineering teams through coordination, technical guidance, and project execution
