Job Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience
- Deep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own complex problem spaces and deliver clarity in ambiguous or fast-paced environments.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., Oracle) preferred. As we are shifting to Google Cloud in 2027, expertise with Google Sheets will be considered a strong asset.
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and credibly to non-financial leaders.
- Strong business judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
- Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
