The Opportunity

Integra is seeking a highly strategic and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This role is responsible for extending executive capacity by managing complexity, anticipating needs, driving alignment, and supporting high-level business priorities across the organization.

The Senior Executive Assistant operates with a high degree of autonomy, judgment, and business acumen while supporting executives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and requires the ability to think strategically, manage competing priorities, and proactively remove operational and cognitive burdens from executive leadership.

The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, polished, solutions-oriented, and capable of influencing coordination across teams while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and strong executive presence. This individual must be comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing high-level communication flow, and supporting complex initiatives with minimal oversight.

What you will do?
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively adjust priorities, schedules, and workflows
  • Manage complex executive calendars while protecting executive focus and time
  • Coordinate and align stakeholders across meetings, initiatives, and operational priorities
  • Prepare executives for high-stakes meetings, client engagements, presentations, and events
  • Develop agendas, briefing materials, presentations, reports, and executive preparation documents
  • Manage communication flow on behalf of executives including inbox triage, prioritization, and follow-up coordination
  • Arrange complex travel logistics including flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and contingency planning
  • Prepare, manage, and reconcile expense reports and executive-related financial documentation
  • Track progress, commitments, action items, and strategic follow-through across priorities and initiatives
  • Facilitate high-level communication and coordination across departments, leadership teams, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Provide operational support, recommendations, and coordination to improve executive effectiveness
  • Support high-visibility client interactions and executive engagements with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Identify risks, conflicts, or operational gaps and proactively resolve or escalate as appropriate
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information and executive communications
  • Provide continuity across executive priorities, workflows, meetings, and operational initiatives

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Executive Assistant, executive operations, or senior-level administrative support experience required
  • Experience supporting senior executives, C-level leaders, or high-profile business leaders required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and operational decision-making abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced organizational, coordination, and multitasking capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and manage ambiguity effectively
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing complex calendars, executive travel, expense reporting, and executive-level coordination
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, judgment, and executive presence
  • Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and executive operations preferred
