Senior ERP Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-wide ERP and UKG initiatives across the organization. This individual will manage multiple concurrent projects, including large-scale ERP implementations and enhancements, while supporting smaller HRIS-related initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills who can effectively engage executive leadership and drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage ERP, UKG, and HRIS-related projects from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support.
Simultaneously manage a portfolio of projects, including one large, strategic initiative and multiple smaller projects.
Partner with business leaders, HR, IT, vendors, and external consultants to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Assess project impacts, dependencies, risks, and organizational change implications to ensure successful execution.

Facilitate project planning sessions, requirements gathering workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
