This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.
This is an investigator role at its core. You will lead workplace investigations from intake through closure, building the fact pattern, conducting interviews, weighing evidence, and delivering findings that hold up to scrutiny. In parallel, you will partner closely with our Labor Relations leader to execute a proactive Labor Relations strategy, getting ahead of issues before they escalate, strengthening manager capability, and shaping the policies and practices that keep our workforce engaged and our operations moving.
Equally important, you will partner proactively with the business. You will build trusted relationships with leaders across the organization, identify proactive Employee Relations trends before they become problems, and bring forward solutions that address root causes rather than symptoms. You will use data, listening, and pattern recognition to spot risk early and equip leaders with the tools, training, and guidance to resolve it at the source.
Reporting to the People Experience Director, you will share in the team's impact across the full Employee and Labor Relations portfolio. You will provide counsel on people related policies and procedures, problem solve with leaders, and explore alternatives for conflict resolution and organizational change. You will support planning and managing Employee and Labor Relations projects and programs, with investigations, proactive LR execution, and proactive business partnership anchoring your day to day work.
We are looking for someone to apply their investigative expertise, labor relations acumen, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight.
Relocation can be provided.
