Job SummarySr. Director of Dining Services | Canton, GAMorrison Healthcare is looking for a strong foodservice leader to oversee dining operations in Canton, GA. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the team, the client relationship, food quality, and financial performance.
This position is based in Canton, GA and requires relocation to the area.What you'll do:- Lead day-to-day foodservice operations and develop a strong team.
- Build trusted relationships with the client and other departments.
- Deliver high-quality food and service while managing the budget.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, safety, sanitation, and maintenance.
- Spot opportunities to improve the dining experience and strengthen operations.
What we're looking for:- At least five years of proven leadership experience and two to four years managing foodservice operations.
- Strong knowledge of food quality, production, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls.
- The ability to lead people, manage client expectations, and take ownership of results.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience.
Experience with P&L accountability and contract foodservice is preferred. ServSafe certification is a plus.
