About the TeamYou'll join the Customer Success Innovation team led by Stephanie Pellegrino. The CSI team is part of the CS CoE within Workday's Commercial Acceleration Global Revenue (CAGR) organization and is dedicated to driving customer success through strong program and product management practices.
As a center of excellence, the team exists to raise the bar for how Workday delivers customer success at scale. We build and continuously refine the practices, tools, and playbooks that our broader customer-facing organization relies on - turning what works in individual customer engagements into repeatable, scalable programs. We partner closely with product, sales, and customer success teams across CAGR to ensure customers get consistent, high-quality experiences as they adopt and expand their use of Workday. Clear, proactive communication is central to how we operate: we make sure the right information reaches the right stakeholders at the right time, so programs run smoothly and customers feel supported at every stage of their journey. Ultimately, the team's mission is to make customer success a repeatable, measurable discipline - not a matter of individual heroics - so that Workday's customers see continued value and growth from their investment.

• Identify both internal and external customer needs and pain points, and translate them into clear value propositions and actionable plans
• Act as a customer advocate internally, ensuring the voice of the customer informs product and program decisions
• Drive strategic alignment across cross-functional partners, using strong business acumen and influence to prioritize the highest-impact work
• Bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset to ambiguous, evolving challenges - using data analysis and domain knowledge to guide decisions
• Build strong relationships across the organization to keep programs moving and stakeholders aligned
• Continuously look for ways to improve operational efficiency and scale what works across the broader customer success motion

Our Approach to Flexible WorkWith Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply
spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
